The Retreat Grounds
Our Mission

Stillwater Ridge Ministries

A place set apart for rest, restoration, and fellowship.

Stillwater Ridge Ministries is preparing a 32-acre Christian retreat property in Howell, Michigan. The log house will offer a place for churches, ministry leaders, and faith-based groups to gather, pause, pray, and reconnect with God and one another. We anticipate opening in Fall 2027

Rooted in

Psalm 23

“Stillwater” draws from Psalm 23, where God leads His people beside still waters and restores the soul. “Ridge” represents perspective and a place set apart. Together, the name expresses our hope for a setting where guests can seek God and return with renewed clarity.

The Ministry Pillars

Who we are preparing to welcome

As the property is prepared for future use, we envision welcoming churches, ministry teams, and individuals for intentional time together, shaped by faith.

Churches & ministry teams

Faith-based groups

Individual respite

A future gathering place for pastors, church staff, and ministry leaders to encourage one another and strengthen their work.

A setting for church and ministry groups to meet for retreats shaped by their own goals and programming.

We hope to offer ministry leaders and couples time away for personal prayer and reflection.
